Artificial Intelligence is our reality.</span></p><p><br></p><p> </p><p>We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the implementation of the Salesforce Service Cloud tool, a global initiative for our client. The current local tool in use will be replaced by Service Cloud, which will become the global solution.</p> <p>At the moment, the requirements gathering and migration planning phases are already underway. The initial goal for 2026 is to drive the discovery process, validate requirements with the business teams, and obtain the necessary approvals from global areas such as Enterprise Architecture, Legal, and Data Privacy.</p> <p>The client’s environment is dynamic and requires continuous interaction with multiple teams. The global teams are based in Mexico and India, which requires documentation and communication in English.
