WHAT YOU WILL DO DAILY? Within the Management Control department, you will be mainly attached to the Management Controller in charge of General Costs (Marketing budgets, structure costs, personnel costs and investments). As a key player in the implementation of Financial Digitalization, you will provide reports adapted to different Employees (Service Heads / Directors) and:

  • Take charge of the monthly activity follow-up and participate in the closure process (preparation of various key documents and link with the different services of the company), internal reporting to the Management;
  • Participate in the different planning phases (annual budget, quarterly forecasts): collection and analysis of needs, integration of data into the SAP planning tool;
  • Analyze the actual situation using SAP (differences compared to planning): identification of risks and potentials on the global perimeter of General Costs;
  • Control the purchase flow via SAP from the purchase request to its payment (Purchase to Pay process);
  • Assist the internal Departments to respond to their different ad hoc requests (available budget, differences, analyses,...);
  • Analyze, establish the reporting and prepare the presentations for internal and central (headquarters) requests: a red thread to define at the beginning of the Internship in collaboration with the Management Controller.

AND IF IT WERE YOU? Student in a business school, you have solid bases in accounting / management, as well as a marked interest in the automotive sector and for data analysis. You want to learn and/or develop your skills in the field of Management Control and SAP tool. Rigorous, autonomous, proactive, force of proposal, you have very good relational skills and an appetite for data management. A very good command of the Office Pack (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook) is indispensable. Proficiency in English is necessary in view of the recurrent exchanges with the headquarters in Munich. Mastery of the SAP software is mandatory and mastery of German is a plus.
