Join us to help create more tomorrows. Job Description Kite seeks a highly motivated Associate Director, Sales Analytics and Operations . This role involves driving sales planning and performance through data insights and operational excellence. Responsibilities include: Sales Planning and Analytics Lead KPI development, performance reporting, and dashboard design for field force analysis. Analyze sales and execution data to identify trends and opportunities. Collaborate with sales leadership on business analysis. Conduct analytics projects on targeting, call planning, sizing, and account planning. Measure marketing tactic effectiveness with brand teams. Lead initiatives to optimize field force effectiveness. Operations Excellence Lead territory optimization and realignment. Ensure timely delivery of reports with high data quality. Coordinate with stakeholders on project scope and timelines. Lead testing, training, and adoption of reports/dashboards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications High School + 14+ years, or Associates + 12+ years, or Bachelor’s + 10+ years, or Master’s + 8+ years, or PhD + 2 years relevant experience. Preferred: Experience in Pharma/biotech sales operations and analytics, data insight extraction, project management, and proficiency in MS Office, SQL, BI tools.
