As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new accounts and expanding existing relationships to build a sustainable client portfolio in the UAE, aiming to meet sales targets. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and grow existing business with banks, financial institutions, government entities, and SMEs. Create new business opportunities to maintain targeted revenues. Conduct autonomous new business activities and plan customer meetings. Manage Pan Emirates accounts. Oversee all sales cycle activities for your assigned client portfolio. Ensure achievement of revenue goals following corporate guidelines. Develop and maintain client relationships through regular visits. Gather information on new products/services and monitor competitors, reporting client feedback. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s Degree. 8 to 10 years of experience in B2B sales. Experience in the financial services or banking sectors. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to engage clients and guide them through their buying cycle.
