About the Role We’re looking for a strategic CFO to join our Executive team at a pivotal stage of growth. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll function as a true builder, owning financial strategy, strengthening operational discipline, and helping scale a high-growth software business across international markets. This role is ideal for a CFO with strong SaaS experience and a proven track record across M&A, fundraising, and the metrics that drive smart, sustainable growth. What You’ll Do Financial Strategy & Executive Leadership • Own and execute the company’s global financial strategy in support of aggressive growth and profitability goals. • Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across multiple entities and currencies. • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, Board, and executive team on performance, capital allocation, and risk. Mergers & Acquisitions • Build and lead the M&A strategy, including pipeline development, valuation, deal modeling, due diligence, and integration. • Oversee post-acquisition financial integration, ensuring systems, controls, and reporting scale effectively. Fundraising & Investor Relations • Lead capital strategy across equity, debt, and strategic financing initiatives. • Own relationships with investors, lenders, and the Board, delivering clear, data-driven insights and recommendations. Financial Operations & Scalable Infrastructure • Oversee global accounting, audit, tax, treasury, and compliance functions. • Strengthen internal controls, revenue recognition, and cash management to support rapid growth. • Implement scalable financial systems and infrastructure to enable international expansion. Business Partnering & Operational Excellence • Partner with Product, Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success to optimize unit economics and drive sustainable growth. • Lead pricing strategy, monetization models, and key SaaS metrics including ARR, CAC, LTV, and retention. • Champion data-driven decision-making and operational KPIs across the organization. Leadership & Culture • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing global finance team. • Function as a culture carrier, driving transparency, accountability, and operational rigor across the business. What You Bring • 10+ years of senior finance leadership, ideally 3–5 years as CFO, VP Finance, Head of Finance, or similar at a SaaS company • CPA, CFA, MBA, or equivalent advanced credential. • Demonstrated success scaling a technology company through rapid growth, entering new markets, and building global financial infrastructure. • Deep experience with M&A, including valuation, deal structuring, due diligence, and post-merger integration • Experience operating in multi-entity, multi-currency environments (U.S., Canada, APAC preferred). • Experience working with private equity or venture-backed companies, including managing investor relations. • Background in healthcare, food service technology, or operational SaaS solutions • Ability to travel; valid passport with no travel restrictions (Canada/USA; Vietnam + if required) This role requires working onsite in our Dallas TX, or Cambridge ON office two days per week.
