About the Role:

We’re seeking dynamic Conversion and Retention Agents to join a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment in the Capital Market and iGaming sectors. Your mission? Turn leads into clients and keep them engaged and trading.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage new leads, convert them into active clients

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients

  • Upsell and cross-sell financial products or services

  • Provide high-level client support to boost retention

  • Meet and exceed KPIs in a performance-driven setting


  • Native or fluent in English + one of the following: Spanish, German, Dutch, French, Italian, Portuguese, etc.

  • 1–2+ years’ experience in conversion/retention

  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills

  • Results-driven, motivated by performance and bonuses

  • Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven team
