We are seeking a skilled Cooks with experience in preparing Continental, Indian, and Arabic cuisines to join our catering team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals in accordance with menu specifications, hygiene standards, and customer preferences in a high-volume catering environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook dishes from Continental, Indian, and Arabic cuisines, ensuring authenticity, flavor, and presentation.
  • Follow standardized recipes and portion control guidelines to maintain consistency and minimize waste.
  • Work as part of a team to support daily food production for events, buffets, and staff meals.
  • Ensure food is prepared and served in accordance with food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP).
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, utensils, and equipment.
  • Assist in menu planning
  • Monitor inventory levels and notify supervisors of shortages or excess stock.
  • Ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals based on service schedules.
  • Support with food preparation for special dietary requirements.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding kitchen safety and conduct.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a cook in a catering, hotel, or restaurant environment.
  • Culinary diploma or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of food hygiene and sanitation standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
