Together, we co-create moments that matter - both for our audiences and our employees - and aim to leave a positive mark on culture.<br /> <br /> OVERVIEW & RESPONSIBILITIES<br /> The FP&A Director for the TV Media Segment will play a key role within the CFO/COO's immediate organization, helping drive financial planning, analysis, and strategic insight across one of the company's three reporting segments. This Director will be responsible for organizing, consolidating, and delivering all financial planning and reporting processes for the segment (linear and digital), collaborating with divisional FP&A teams and corporate partners to ensure accuracy, alignment, and strategic clarity. This position will report directly to the Vice President of TV Media FP&A.<br /> <br /> Key responsibilities include but not limited to:<br /> <br /> - Lead and coordinate the FP&A processes for the TV Media segment, including monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and the five-year long-range plan.<br /> <br /> - Consolidate financial inputs and results across multiple divisions within the TV Media portfolio, working closely with divisional FP&A teams.<br /> <br /> - Partner with Corporate FP&A and other centralized finance functions to support enterprise-level deliverables and reporting.<br /> <br /> - Prepare and analyze consolidated segment financial results, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities.<br /> <br /> - Develop executive-level financial presentations for the C-suite, Investor Relations, and the Board of Directors.<br /> <br /> - Support quarterly earnings preparation, including analysis of key performance drivers and variance explanations.<br /> <br /> - Provide ad hoc financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making across the TV Media segment.<br /> <br /> - Leverage FP&A tools and systems (e.g., TM1, Excel-based models) to streamline processes, improve accuracy, and enhance financial storytelling.<br /> <br /> BASIC QUALIFICATIONS<br /> - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field<br /> <br /> - 10+ years of consolidation, corporate finance/finance, or Big 4 audit experience<br /> <br /> - Strong data aggregation and analytical skills<br /> <br /> - Proficiency with ERPs, financial systems and tools (such as Oracle, SAP, TM1 or similar platforms)<br /> <br /> - Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills<br /> <br /> - Must be able to distill complex data into clear insights and strong narratives<br /> <br /> ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS<br /> - Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment<br /> <br /> - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and with senior executives<br /> <br /> - Proactive self-starter with the ability to learn quickly<br /> <br /> - Financial modeling and forecasting experience<br /> <br /> - Experience in a corporate FP&A or segment-level consolidation role at a large, diversified media company a plus<br /> <br /> #LI-SJ2<br /> <br /> CBS, a subsidiary of Paramount Skydance Corporation, creates and distributes industry-leading content across a variety of platforms to audiences around the world. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
