Our client is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Early Childhood Education Specialist to join their dedicated team in **Dallas, Texas, US**. This role is vital for developing and implementing high-quality educational programs that foster the holistic development of young children. The specialist will work directly with educators, parents, and children to ensure an enriching and supportive learning environment that adheres to best practices in early childhood education.

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement age-appropriate curriculum and learning activities for children aged 0-5. Provide training and ongoing professional development to early childhood educators, focusing on pedagogical approaches and classroom management. Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to educators. Assess child development progress and develop individualized support plans as needed. Collaborate with parents and families to build strong partnerships and enhance home-school connections. Ensure compliance with all state and local regulations, licensing requirements, and safety standards. Develop and maintain educational resources and materials. Stay current with research and best practices in early childhood development and education. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new teaching staff. Organize and lead parent workshops and community engagement events.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 4 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 2 years in a curriculum development or leadership role. In-depth knowledge of child development theories and pedagogical practices. Strong understanding of licensing regulations and accreditation standards. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively with diverse populations of children, families, and staff. Proficiency in relevant software and educational technology.
