You will be required to closely interact with internal and external customers to ensure the timely completion of each project, to foster a positive culture.</span></p><p></p><p><span>What you will do:</span></p><h2></h2><ul><li><h2>Responsible for issuing purchase orders and reconciling purchase order issues for enabling.</h2></li><li><h2>Process documents for service claims sales allowances, retrofit, and labor warranty.</h2></li><li><h2>Logs service start-up and service work requirements in job tracking system.</h2></li><li><h2>Communicates effectively with other team members concerning project management process.</h2></li><li><h2>Assist in keeping AR up to date</h2></li><li><h2>Pulls job credit number and assist with credit supplement processing.</h2></li><li><h2>Responsible for general administrative functions to support the equipment fulfillment.</h2></li></ul><h2><br><span> </span></h2><h2><span>What you will bring:</span></h2><ul><li><h2><span>High School diploma or GED and up to two (2) years of related experience and/ or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</span></h2></li><li><h2><span>Must have strong communication skills, proactive approach with willingness to work independently as well as part of a team.</span></h2></li><li><h2><span>Demonstrated ability to perform tasks such as problem solving, decision making, rational thinking, and exercising good judgement.</span></h2></li><li><h2><span>Experience prioritizing tasks in order to meet tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment.</span></h2></li><li><h2><span>Previous experience with financial systems and basic accounting, including accounts receivable and accounts payable, an asset.</span></h2></li><li><h2><span>Construction law and regulation knowledge is an asset.</span></h2></li><li><h2><span>Familiarity with the operation of HVAC Systems preferred not required.</span></h2></li><li><h2><span>Flexibility to work overtime/ weekends, as required.</span></h2></li></ul><h3></h3><p></p><p><b>Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:</b></p>$54,751.66 - $76,929.99<p><b>Compensation Type:</b></p>Exception Hourly<p><b>Incentive Eligible:</b></p>No<p><b>Sales Commission Eligible:</b></p>No<p></p><p><b>Disclaimer</b>: We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.
