Job Description:

  • Serves as primary liaison between the franchisor and the operating unity franchise partners
  • Builds strong, credible relationships with franchisees and operating partners through frequent, proactive, honest and informative interactions
  • Facilitates successful achievement of business goals by performing needs analysis and developing action plans
  • Consults with marketing to develop and grow the franchise operating unit's participation in the marketing co-op
  • Ensures success of new store openings by coordinating with and deploying Operations Business Partner
  • Provides timely, clear and informative communication and feedback to Divisional Vice President and other company personnel

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred
  • Five to ten years of progressive operations management experience required with at least three years in multi-unit management required
  • Experience working with franchisees highly preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of general math, P&L, and financial analysis skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of operations business including real estate & construction, cash controls, labor/transaction forecasting, employment laws, and marketing
  • Proficient with FOCUS System or other point of sale system
  • Analytical Skills: effectively uses data to generate insights for operations excellence
  • Planning & Prioritization: highest impact, highest value
  • Financial & Business Acumen
  • Ability to build and leverage talent
  • Ability to effectively communicate, inform, and influence senior leaders
