As a Logistics Coordinator you will meet and exceed customers satisfaction by ensuring smooth coordination of materials movement from supplier's location to customer's door every day, correctly and on time.
You will be constantly collaborating with internal stakeholders like Customer Care team, Warehouse staff and external providers like Freight Forwarders or Clearance Agents.

For this role, your role & responsibilities will be :

  • Prepare and track the shipping plan for the month
  • Prepare the shipping documents for the customer's orders
  • Communicate with different teams internally and externally to facilitate the dispatch of the orders
  • Resolve the issues arising during the order execution process
  • Record and present data for management reports
  • Any other duties as deemed appropriate by your line manager.
