L2T is looking for a like-minded individual to join our team as an IT Helpdesk Intern.

Candidates must be able to hold and maintain a security clearance, therefore U.S. citizenship is
required
Responsibilities:
  • Apply knowledge gained through coursework to solve real-world challenges.
  • Gather and analyze information to determine the best solutions to solve problems.
  • Work well and collaborate with your teammates, peers, and managers.
  • Accept challenges and apply yourself to achieve success.
  • Proficient in Microsoft suites.
  • Participate in technical discussions.
  • Collaborate with other interns and technical team members.
  • Bring your full self to work each day.
Qualifications:
  • A “will do” attitude and willingness to learn through challenge.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Experience collaborating with a team.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
  • Enrolled as a student in the current academic year.
  • Capable of demonstrating knowledge in the fields of, Business, Computer Science or
Engineering.
  • Demonstrate an attention to detail and capable of thinking on your feet.
  • Possesses a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the drive to work through complex
issues.
  • Self-starter able to work independently or within a team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work full-time for the duration of the internship.
