This role will</p><p>support complex enterprise technology initiatives that align with strategic business objectives.</p><p><br></p><p>The IT Project Manager V is a senior leadership role responsible for directing complex</p><p>enterprise technology initiatives that support strategic business objectives. This position</p><p>oversees the planning, execution, governance, financial management, and successful delivery</p><p>of multiple concurrent projects and programs across technology and business functions.</p><p><br></p><p>The IT Project Manager V serves as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, customers,</p><p>vendors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business goals and</p><p>technology solutions. The role drives project execution using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid</p><p>methodologies while managing risks, budgets, resources, contracts, and stakeholder</p><p>expectations.</p><p><br></p><p>This position also contributes to business growth through customer engagement, operational</p><p>excellence, process improvement initiatives, and strategic account management.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong>Project & Program Leadership</strong></p><ul><li>Lead enterprise-level technology projects and programs from initiation through</li><li>implementation and operational transition.</li><li>Establish project governance structures, delivery frameworks, and performance</li><li>metrics.</li><li>Develop and manage project charters, business cases, roadmaps, schedules, budgets,</li><li>resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.</li><li>Coordinate cross-functional teams consisting of technical, operational, business, and</li><li>vendor resources.</li><li>Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and aligned with</li><li>organizational objectives.</li><li>Facilitate executive steering committees, project reviews, and stakeholder meetings.</li><li>Monitor project performance using KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools.</li></ul><p><strong>Technology & Business Alignment</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.</li><li>Translate business requirements into actionable technology solutions.</li><li>Evaluate business impacts, dependencies, risks, and organizational readiness for</li><li>technology initiatives.</li><li>Partner with IT leadership to align project portfolios with enterprise architecture,</li><li>cybersecurity, infrastructure, and digital transformation strategies.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and technology</li><li>modernization initiatives.</li></ul><p><strong>Stakeholder & Client Relationship Management</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and maintain strategic relationships with customers, MSPs, vendors, hiring</li><li>managers, and executive stakeholders.</li><li>Serve as the primary escalation point for project, customer, and personnel issues.</li><li>Lead customer-facing communications, status reviews, governance meetings, and</li><li>quarterly business reviews.</li><li>Ensure stakeholder expectations are proactively managed through transparent</li><li>communication and reporting.</li><li>Foster long-term partnerships that support customer retention and growth.</li></ul><p><strong>Financial & Contract Management</strong></p><ul><li>Develop project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance reports.</li><li>Monitor project expenditures and ensure financial accountability.</li><li>Assist in contract negotiations, amendments, Statements of Work (SOWs), vendor</li><li>agreements, and procurement activities.</li><li>Track project financial performance, resource utilization, and profitability metrics.</li><li>Support revenue growth initiatives by identifying expansion opportunities within</li><li>existing accounts.</li></ul><p><strong>Resource & Team Leadership</strong></p><ul><li>Provide leadership, mentorship, coaching, and performance management for project</li><li>teams and direct reports.</li><li>Build high-performing teams focused on accountability, collaboration, and customer</li><li>success.</li><li>Manage project staffing, resource allocation, workload balancing, and capacity</li><li>planning.</li><li>Facilitate conflict resolution and remove organizational barriers impacting project</li><li>success.</li><li>Promote a assigned</li><li>project resources.</li><li>Responsible for hiring recommendations, performance management, coaching,</li><li>employee development, and disciplinary actions as appropriate.</li><li>Provides leadership to cross-functional and matrixed project teams..</li></ul><p><strong>Main Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business</li><li>Administration, Project Management, or related field.</li><li>8+ years of progressive project management experience leading complex technology</li><li>initiatives.</li><li>5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience managing project teams.</li><li>Experience managing budgets, contracts, vendors, and customer relationships.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Project, Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, and</li><li>related project management tools.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Master's Degree (MBA, MIS, Information Technology, or related discipline).</li><li>PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.</li><li>Agile certifications
