Seeking a seasonal Jr Sous Chef at Allianz Field in Saint Paul, MN.
Ensure high-quality food delivery by leading the culinary team in a fast-paced environment.
Pay rate: $25.00-$28.00/hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare menu items per recipes and standards.
  • Lead and support team members, manage supplies, and ensure safety and sanitation.
  • Oversee food quality, complete administrative tasks, and promote team morale.
  • Maintain cleanliness, respond to guest issues, and handle inventory.
  • Complete shift duties and communicate effectively with management.

  • Requirements:
  • At least 3 years managing a team of 8+ in culinary operations.
  • Strong high-volume cooking skills, from-scratch cooking knowledge, and food tasting ability.
  • Must be 18+, flexible with schedule, able to work extended hours, and physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.

  • Shift: Days, evenings, weekends, holidays.
