Are you passionate about driving product competitiveness and being at the heart of solution deployment? KONE is seeking a dynamic and expert-level MOD Offering & Deployment Engineer to join our team!

This role plays a crucial part in supporting sales by leveraging in-depth product knowledge during the prospecting, tendering, and negotiation phases. You'll be the expert for your product range, lead product training activities, maintain tendering tools, price lists, and position our modernization (MOD) solutions competitively in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the subject matter expert for a specific product range

  • Maintain and update tendering tools, price lists, and other offering documentation

  • Develop and implement product line strategies to ensure portfolio competitiveness

  • Monitor market trends and product positioning

  • Interface between global/area-level and local organizations

  • Deliver structured training programs and workshops for internal stakeholders (sales, engineering, etc.)

  • Develop training materials and continuously update content based on new product features, market needs, and feedback

  • Support the Unit MOD Offering and Sales Development Head in strategic initiatives and long-term planning

  • Support sales teams with product and solution knowledge in tenders, negotiations, and customer interactions.

Are you the one?

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field

  • 3 + years of experience in the elevator/escalator industry

  • Skilled in both technical and commercial aspects of product deployment

  • Comfortable presenting and training diverse internal audiences.

  • Strategic thinker with strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

  • Collaborative and adaptable in a global business environment.

  • Strong Project Management Skills

  • Fluency in English
