My client is a start-up social commerce marketplace offering the widest range of products from the world’s leading and most exclusive high jewellery brands. Working directly with brand partners and their boutiques, our clients provide a single channel for customers to browse and shop for the world’s largest selection of High Jewellery.We are seeking a few Senior Personal Shoppers or, candidates from a VIP Client Sales, or High Jewellery Senior Sales Consultants will be considered to join the Personal Shopping team. Candidates must be able to demonstrate the capacity to work in a supportive matter to suit the needs of the business and the exacting standards of its clientele. The role is primarily sales orientated and will involve developing relationships with customers by understanding and forecasting their tastes and desires through replying to specific product queries as well as arranging in-store viewings of limited edition or ‘By Appointment Only’ products. Most importantly, you will provide exceptional service levels to ensure that our customers enjoy the best shopping experience across all the channels that our client enables.You will build, maintain, and develop important relationships with your clients to provide the most personal luxury shopping experience possible.We are very open to all types of flexible working, please ask us at the interview stage.RequirementsYou Will: Talk directly with clients through social chat-based mediums to receive product requests and confirm sales Hold personal shopping appointments domestically and internationally (if required) Connect directly with clients through chat-based media to inspire fashion styling, receive inquiries and sell desired items Build and own your own personal client book Analyse client profiles and implement strategy to develop sales year-on-year Identify key industry partnership opportunities and introduce these to Threads Manage towards annual and monthly sales portfolio targets Researching, sourcing and finding product to satisfy your Clients requests and needs Work close with the internal departments that improve the overall customer journey (social, brand partnerships, sourcing, creative, dispatch and finance)You Have: 5 years + Previous experience as a senior sales assistant, personal shopper or relationship manager with an HNW consumer targeted business (high jewellery, luxury brand, private banking), building and managing a personal book of clients is essential Extensive knowledge of the current trends in both high jewellery and fashion Excellent communication skills, specifically with regard to building relationships with customers. Excellent keyboard and written skills, articulate with good spelling and grammar. Numerate with strong computer literacy particularly in Excel and outlook. Comfortable working to the exacting standards and requirements of the target customer base Proven ability to work to stringent deadlines.
