Purpose of this role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support a high-impact Procurement Operations project focused on process modernization, digital documentation, and SAP data harmonization.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a global manufacturing organization while contributing to meaningful operational improvements across procurement and supply chain functions.

The selected candidate will assist in redeveloping the company's Procurement Manual, organizing procurement documentation into a digital knowledge repository, and supporting SAP master data standardization initiatives.

In this position, you will...

  • Assist in rewriting and modernizing the Procurement Manual into a user-friendly digital format
  • Organize procurement-related documentation into a searchable intranet-based library
  • Support SAP procurement master data cleanup and harmonization efforts
  • Help establish naming conventions and governance standards for procurement-related SAP objects
  • Develop quick-reference guides and onboarding materials
  • Document procurement workflows, purchasing channels, and P2P processes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, IT, and Supply Chain teams
  • Contribute recommendations for long-term process improvement and operational efficiency
