Offshore And Marine Logistics Coordinator
Support the coordination of offshore, marine, and project cargo shipments, including export, import, and domestic movements across multiple modes of transport

Assist with day-to-day operational and administrative activities, including documentation, data entry, and shipment tracking

Monitor shipments to ensure timely and complete delivery, maintaining proactive communication with internal teams, clients, and service providers

Maintain accurate and up-to-date shipment data within internal systems, ensuring strong data integrity and visibility

Build and maintain effective relationships with customers, carriers, port terminals, and project vendors to support smooth execution

Support the sourcing and coordination of specialized vendors, including carriers, terminals, and service providers relevant to offshore and marine logistics

Assist in negotiating rates and service terms with logistics providers to ensure cost-effective and reliable solutions

Identify shipments requiring special handling, including oversized, heavy-lift, or time-sensitive cargo, and support planning accordingly

Review shipping and customs documentation for accuracy and compliance with regulatory and project requirements

Contribute to resolving operational challenges and escalating issues where needed to ensure minimal disruption

Progressively take on increased responsibility for coordinating and managing individual offshore and project logistics movements

Support project planning activities, including timelines, cost considerations, and coordination across stakeholders

Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies within the offshore and marine logistics function

Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
