If you've built success selling media solutions, managing key accounts, and exceeding revenue targets, this is an opportunity to make a significant impact while working with our entire portfolio of brands.</p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Why Townsquare Media Group? </strong></p> <p>Townsquare is a media, entertainment, and digital marketing solutions company dedicated to serving small and mid-sized markets across the U.S. We own and operate 354 radio stations and more than 400 local websites across 74 markets.  </p> <p>We combine the power of local media with best-in-class digital solutions to help businesses grow—offering everything from broadcast and digital advertising to SEO, web design, and programmatic marketing.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p> <p>As a Regional Account Executive, you'll serve as a strategic partner to advertisers and advertising agencies, developing customized marketing solutions that drive measurable results across multiple markets.</p> <p>This role focuses on growing and retaining existing business while identifying new revenue opportunities within your assigned territory.</p> <p>You'll:</p> <ul> <li>Build, maintain, and expand relationships with advertisers and advertising agencies throughout your territory</li> <li>Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, driving revenue growth through strategic account planning, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities</li> <li>Prospect and secure new business opportunities with brands and emerging advertisers</li> <li>Develop customized, integrated marketing solutions utilizing radio, digital advertising, sponsorships, and live events</li> <li>Conduct needs assessments and consult with clients to understand business objectives, target audiences, and marketing challenges</li> <li>Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and campaign recommendations backed by audience insights and market data</li> <li>Partner with local market teams and internal subject matter experts to develop and execute successful advertising campaigns</li> <li>Monitor campaign performance and provide ongoing reporting, optimization recommendations, and strategic guidance</li> <li>Maintain accurate pipeline activity, forecasting, and account documentation within CRM systems</li> <li>Stay current on industry trends, audience behavior, competitive offerings, and Townsquare's evolving suite of advertising solutions</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>What You’ll Bring:</strong></p> <ul> <li>7+ years of media sales experience <strong>(required)</strong>, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked directly with advertisers, advertising agencies, and multi-market campaigns.</li> <li>Proven success managing regional and national accounts, agency relationships, or multi-market advertising campaigns</li> <li>Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue goals</li> <li>Strong understanding of broadcast radio, digital media, audience targeting, attribution, and advertising strategy</li> <li>Experience creating and presenting strategic marketing recommendations to decision-makers and stakeholders</li> <li>Ability to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts while proactively developing new business</li> <li>Excellent relationship-building, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills</li> <li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously</li> <li>Experience utilizing CRM platforms, forecasting tools, and sales reporting systems</li> <li>Self-motivated, consultative, and results-driven mindset</li> <li>Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle <strong>(required)</strong></li> <li>BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field <strong>(preferred)</strong></li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>What’s In It for You?</strong></p> <p>We know great sales professionals deserve great rewards.
