  • *Responsibilities
  • Manage calendar appointments and coordinate scheduling for healthcare provider and clients using Practice Fusion and Salesforce.
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, ensuring all client inquiries are handled professionally with excellent phone etiquette.
  • Assist with data entry, record keeping, and filing of confidential patient information using secure platforms like DocuSign and electronic health record systems.
  • Support project coordination efforts by organizing virtual meetings, preparing agendas, and tracking deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Perform clerical tasks including filing, document management, and data entry to maintain high-quality records.
  • Facilitate communication between doctor, team members and clients through multi-line phone systems, ensuring clear and professional interactions at all times.
  • *Qualifications
  • Proven experience in administrative roles with a strong background in office management, executive support, or personal assistant duties.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a remote setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace tools, and familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Calendar.
  • Strong typing skills combined with experience in transcription and proofreading to produce accurate documents swiftly.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette across multi-line phone systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining high standards of accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
