Remote Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master Location Little Rock, AR. Remote. Contract. Category Program/Project Management. Industry Life Sciences. Reference ID JN -052025-102140. Posted 06/17/2025. Our client is looking for an Agile Project Manager with strong experience managing multiple Scrum and Kanban teams simultaneously using Azure DevOps Boards. The role supports a large enterprise focused on projects and applications related to Data and Analytics. Candidates must be willing and able to work on a W2 basis. Rate $50-$55/hr. Responsibilities • Develop, refine, validate, and manage project plans and sprints to ensure on‑time and on‑budget delivery of major technology initiatives across the enterprise, including management of hours and dollars. • Provide an overall financial project view to manage the development of budgets, controls, and measurements to monitor progress. • Participate in identifying project costs, resource allocation, schedule changes, and issue escalation. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience & Qualifications • Experience running Scrum and Kanban with Azure DevOps Boards (scheduling sprints, Kanban board, backlog loading, dashboards, reporting). • Project management experience in Data and Analytics environments, including working with platform environments and architecture strategy. • Experience with CA PPM Clarity application for project management. • Experience with ServiceNow. • Experience with Confluence (creating and uploading documentation). • Experience with Microsoft Teams for project document management. • Experience with Agile approaches such as User‑Centered Design, Lean Six Sigma, and DevOps. • Knowledge of Data and Analytics, Master Data Management, project financials, Clarity resources and financial reporting, Jira, Azure DevOps Boards, and agile/project metrics.
