<h3>Remote Desktop Support</h3> <p> </p> <p>HCL Lucknow is hiring!</p> <p>Profile: RDS(Remote Desktop Support)<br /> Exp.- 3- 10 years</p> <p>Description:<br /> • Troubleshooting HW issues ( No Boot , No Post , No Video , BSOD)Identify point of failures on desktops and Laptops<br /> • Serve as technical support for Staples Windows environment<br /> • Perform preventative maintenance on all workstations<br /> • Troubleshooting browser issues , VPN clients ,Internet issues (Wired & Wireless ),Outlook issues ,other OS related troubleshooting<br /> • Printer, shared drive mapping.<br /> • Installing software on the client systems.<br /> • Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems<br /> • VPN Connectivity and TCP/IP LAN networks<br /> • Demonstrated knowledge and ability to remotely manage client systems<br /> • Associates degree (Computer Science or Business/Information Systems preferred) or equivalent experience.<br /> • 2+ years’ experience in helpdesk operations or Remote Desktop<br /> • Excellent written and oral communication skills<br /> • Strongly oriented toward excellent customer service and a desire to learn about the business<br /> (1.) To keep self-abreast of the changing paradigm through reading, research, feedback, and competitor analysis to ensure that the process design has the next/best practices<br /> (2.) To prepare business requirement documents for automation/enhancement of the HR Process(es), lead pilot and testing efforts of a process rollout including preparation of training material and ensure that customer queries on a new process are responded to. (3.) Ensure adherence to the published compliance framework. Monitor by conducting periodic audits to ensure all compliance aspects are adhered to; Analyze and publish reports on the findings; discuss with the concerned stake holders and follow up on the clos<br /> (4.)
