If you’re ready to make your mark in the AI space, NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture is the place for you.</p></div><p>As a <strong>Data Architect – Salesforce CRM Solutions</strong>, you will lead the strategy, design, and execution of complex data architecture and migration initiatives that support Salesforce CRM implementations across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud. You will serve as a strategic advisor and hands-on expert in migrating and integrating customer, sales, and support data while ensuring the highest standards of data quality, governance, and stewardship.</p> <p>You will collaborate with business stakeholders, technical architects, and delivery teams to deliver scalable, secure, and clean data solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices and enterprise transformation goals.</p> <h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3> <h4><strong>Salesforce CRM Data Strategy & Migration</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Design and lead data migration plans covering core Salesforce entities such as accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, activities, cases, and custom objects.</li> <li>Develop scalable data migration frameworks that support phased, delta, and full-load approaches across Salesforce environments.</li> <li>Drive alignment of legacy data models to Salesforce architecture, considering business rules, relationships, and multi-org/multi-currency configurations.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Data Architecture, MDM & Governance</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Define canonical data models and develop field-level mapping and transformation logic from source systems to Salesforce.</li> <li>Collaborate with MDM teams to establish golden record definitions and implement identity resolution strategies across systems.</li> <li>Implement governance controls, data stewardship policies, and compliance mechanisms (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) to ensure trusted and compliant data usage.</li> <li>Ensure data lineage and integrity across the CRM ecosystem by working closely with enterprise architects and data owners.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Deduplication, Data Cleanliness & Quality Assurance</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Conduct comprehensive data profiling, identify duplicates, incomplete records, and inconsistent values across datasets.</li> <li>Lead deduplication efforts using tools such as Informatica Cloud Data Quality, DemandTools, or custom scripts.</li> <li>Design rules and processes for data cleansing, normalization, and enrichment to ensure completeness and accuracy of migrated and integrated data.</li> <li>Establish data quality KPIs and continuously monitor and report on data integrity across the Salesforce platform.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Execution & Enablement</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Develop and execute ETL processes using tools such as Informatica (Cloud and MDM), DBAmp, Pentaho, Dataloader, or SQL-based frameworks.</li> <li>Manage iterative data loads into Salesforce sandboxes and production environments, validating against source system records and business rules.</li> <li>Deliver thorough documentation, test plans, and support materials to enable stakeholder adoption and long-term maintenance.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to define data requirements, risks, and success metrics.</li> <li>Work closely with Salesforce Solution Architects, Admins, Developers, RevOps, and QA teams to ensure data supports end-to-end business processes.</li> <li>Standardize data practices by contributing to internal playbooks, templates, accelerators, and knowledge sharing initiatives.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></h3> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in data architecture and CRM data migrations, with a strong focus on Salesforce platforms</li> <li>Deep understanding of Salesforce data models across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom apps</li> <li>Experience with tools such as Informatica Cloud, Informatica MDM, DBAmp, Dataloader, or similar ETL/data integration tools</li> <li>Strong SQL skills for data analysis, cleansing, and transformation (joins, window functions, data profiling)</li> <li>Proven experience with deduplication, data cleansing, and improving data quality at scale</li> <li>Demonstrated knowledge of MDM
