Job Description In this role, you will partner with hospitals, health systems, and healthcare leadership teams to assess, design, and improve clinical and operational performance. You will also provide subject matter expertise in healthcare operations, systems, workflows, and process improvements to support quality outcomes, patient experience, efficiency, safety, and financial performance. Job Responsibilities:<ul><li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Assess current-state clinical and operational workflows, systems, staffing models, and processes across hospitals and health systems.</li><li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Advise healthcare clients on operational improvement strategies that enhance patient care, throughput, efficiency, safety, and financial performance</li><li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Emergency department, inpatient, ambulatory, and perioperative operations</li></ul></li><li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Evaluate existing healthcare systems, technologies, and processes and recommend improvements aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements</li><li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Collaborate with hospital executives, nursing leadership, physicians, department directors, and frontline staff to develop and implement operational solutions</li><li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Analyze operational and clinical performance metrics, identify trends, and develop recommendations based on data</li><li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Support the design and implementation of new programs, service lines, clinical spaces, and operational models</li><li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagement sessions with multidisciplinary teams</li><li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Develop operational plans, workflow maps, gap analyses, recommendations, and presentation materials for clients</li><li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Assist with change management, implementation planning, training, and adoption of new processes</li><li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Ensure recommendations align with regulatory, accreditation, and patient safety standards</li><li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Stay current on healthcare industry trends, hospital operations, best practices, and emerging technologies</li><li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Identify areas of project expansion or additional services and up-sell work</li><li style="font-size: 10pt;
