About the role

We are seeking a highly qualified Sr. .Net developer with min 8+ years’ experience developing and building high-performing, scalable, enterprise applications. As a Senior .Net developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will leverage your expertise in .Net Framework, C#, and Azure Cloud services to drive innovation and efficiency. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, contributing to impactful projects that align with the company’s vision.

In this role, you will:

Technical:

· Building and implementing top-notch capabilities.

· Should have very good hands-on experience in back end and front-end development (.Net Framework, C#, Azure cloud services)

· Identifying and troubleshooting issues wherever required.

Leadership Skills:

· Providing technical support for clearing bottlenecks and obstacles

· Collaborating with other cross-functional teams to ensure high-performance of applications.

· Should have technical skills to review, verify, and validate the software code developed in the project.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact efficiently with customers.

Work model: Hybrid

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position open to qualified applicants in San Francisco, CA, requesting 5 days at office per week. What you need to have to be considered:

· Should have at least 8+ years of experience in development and ability to Manage the team deliverables.

· Full stack engineer who has developed both front-end and back-end code using .Net Framework, C#, Azure cloud services (Must Have).

· Ability to guide and manage the Cognizant team from a Technical Standpoint.

· Ability to interact with all stakeholders including businesses, to articulate the design and help with decision making.

Salary and compensation:

The annual salary for this position will be between $81,000 to $140,000 per year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
