In this influential role, reporting to the VP of Product Marketing, you will develop the core positioning and messaging strategy for our innovative AI Lakehouse platform, ensuring it resonates with enterprises in today’s evolving AI and data landscape.</p> <p>We need a marketing leader who combines strategic insight with a strong execution focus. You will distill complex information into clear messaging that appeals to both CIOs evaluating enterprise strategies and data engineers focused on query performance. As a vital link among product, sales, field marketing, communications, and analyst relations, you'll ensure that Oracle's AI Lakehouse story remains coherent, compelling, and consistently communicated across all channels.</p> <p><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</b></p> <p><b>What You Bring:</b></p> <ul> <li>8 years of B2B product marketing experience in enterprise cloud infrastructure, data platforms, or AI/ML, showcasing a proven ability to own end-to-end positioning for complex technical products.</li> <li>Deep understanding of the AI and data platform market, including converged databases, data lakehouses, vector search, and agentic AI, with the skill to align platform capabilities with tangible business outcomes.</li> <li>Proven experience in leading or significantly contributing to analyst relations programs such as Gartner Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave, and IDC MarketScape.</li> <li>Expertise in building comprehensive enterprise sales plays, including customer segmentation and competitive strategies, along with materials that drive adoption by sales teams.</li> <li>Exceptional communication skills for presenting and influencing C-level stakeholders, both within and outside the company.</li> <li>Experience collaborating with global marketing teams to tailor messaging for different regional and industry-specific audiences.</li> <li>Strong market analysis and competitor intelligence background, with the capability to transform insights into strategic recommendations.</li> <li>A self-starter thriving in fast-paced, cross-functional environments, adept at managing multiple strategic priorities independently.</li> </ul> <p><b>Responsibilities</b></p> <p><b>What You'll Do:</b></p> <ul> <li><b>Own the positioning and messaging framework:</b> Create and maintain the messaging framework for Oracle Autonomous AI Lakehouse, detailing market definitions, target customer profiles, value propositions, proof points, and objection handling, utilized globally by sales, marketing, PR, and executive communications.</li> <li><b>Drive AR/PR strategy:</b> Act as the primary marketing partner for analyst and press relations, preparing and delivering executive briefings for leading market analysis firms and technology media, while translating market feedback into actionable guidance.</li> <li><b>Build and activate sales plays:</b> Design and implement comprehensive sales plays for priority use cases, including customer targeting, competitive differentiation, and supporting content.</li> <li><b>Lead go-to-market strategy:</b> Collaborate with product management and regional sales teams to craft go-to-market plans for key market segments, ensuring messaging aligns with industry-specific buyer needs.</li> <li><b>Shape the executive narrative:</b> Prepare keynote frameworks and strategic narrative documents that highlight Oracle Autonomous AI Lakehouse's position within Oracle's AI and cloud strategy.</li> <li><b>Orchestrate cross-functional alignment:</b> Serve as the messaging authority, ensuring cohesive storytelling across product marketing, demand generation, field marketing, and communication teams.</li> </ul> <p>Disclaimer:</p> <p><b>Certain roles may require compliance with applicable US health mandates.</b></p> <p><b>Salary Range:</b> US hiring range from $115,400 to $251,600 annually.
