Implement HSE Management requirements on related Projects to ensure HSE Systems adhere to ADNOC policies, guidelines and expectations.</p></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'>Job Specific Accountabilities (Part 1)</H2> </div><div><p><strong>HSE Management</strong><br />•    Review, evaluate, and analyze work environments and Design programs and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury caused by chemical, physical, and biological agents or ergonomic factors.<br />•    Conduct inspections and enforce adherence to laws and regulations governing the health and safety of individuals<br />•    Supervise the activities of assigned personnel in the unit.<br />•    Develop Health, Safety and Environment scope of works for Consultants and Contractors..<br />•    Ensure project's Environmental Management Systems & performance are in compliance with HSE Impact Assessment (HSEIA & EIA) Codes, HSEIA Guidelines, Project specific HSEIA Report recommendations.<br />•    Review projects Safety/HSE target schedules to ensure that they are being achieved effectively and efficiently in accordance with Corporate, Company and Project requirements.<br />•    Develops and updates Safety and Environment standards, procedures and guidelines in conformity with Company policies for use in-house or by Contractors/Consultants with regard to Projects undertaken.<br />•    Develop and update the Division's Health, Safety and Environment annual Audit Programs/ plans and Training Program for all areas.<br />•    Administer Health, Safety and Environment documents and records to ensure compliance with Integrated Management System requirements.<br />•    Review the design work of the Consultants to ensure conformity with Company safety requirements. and scope of works. Enhance the approval of safety and environmental studies and other safety documents of Projects, pursuant to incorporation of ADNOC requirements in the documents.<br />•    Review the work related to safety and environment of design Consultants/ Contractors and ensures that requisite quality and standards are maintained and adopted.<br />•    Participate in Hazop, environmental, safety studies, accident investigation and other report reviews for all projects.<br />•    Participate in Technical Evaluations of technical submittals by tenderers for new Projects.<br />•    Enhance the approval process of the health, safety and environmental impact assessment study (HSEIA) for new projects.<br />•    Lead the preparation of Annual Sustainability Report to Health, Safety and Environment Division - Corporate Support Directorate.<br />•    Lead, develop plans and co-ordinate resources for the implementation of all ADNOC guidelines and Codes of Practice related to Health, Safety and Environment.<br />•    Provide guidance and support to construction and commissioning at site on safety and environmental matters.<br />•    Ensure that state-of-art technology is applied in the selection of safety equipment and both local and other statutory regulations are applied in the projects.<br />•    Review and endorse the HSE Documents submitted by Consultants.<br />•    Regularly visit project sites and ensures that Health, Safety and Environment System are fully implemented in accordance with the Company's HSE requirements<br /><strong>HSE Responsibility </strong><br />•    Supervise the Safety and Health Program and assume authority of monitoring, and enforcing the elements of the program.<br />•    Periodically monitor the site to determine adherence to the company Safety and Health Program.</p></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'>Job Specific Accountabilities (Part 2)</H2> </div><div><p>•    Install and maintaining health, safety and environmental systems to ensure the 100% HSE concept implementation.
