This is a senior, hands-on role. You will set the product strategy for an internal platform that improves how engineering teams build, deploy, and operate mission-critical systems, and you will keep that work aligned to outcomes the agency cares about.</p><p class="MsoNormal">You will be the connective tissue between engineering, platform, data, and design teams and the agency’s product owner. The best person for this job is comfortable in the technical weeds and equally comfortable explaining a tradeoff to a senior government stakeholder.</p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>This is expected to be a full-time, project-based position contingent on contract award. While this role is project-specific, Bixal is committed to your long-term success and offers a supportive, inclusive culture that values growth, innovation, and purpose-driven work.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Location: </strong></span></p><p><span>This is a primarily remote position. While most of the work is expected to be conducted virtually, there is potential for occasional travel for on-site meetings and working sessions at the discretion of the client. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US. Bixal does not provide visa sponsorship.</span></p><h5>Compensation:</h5><p>The salary range for this role is $145,000 – $155,000. In the spirit of transparency, most offers tend to land near the midpoint of the range.
