  • Merchant Services , supporting our sales and product teams in delivering seamless, technically complex system integrations for commercial banking clients.
This role is critical in ensuring our clients successfully implement Merchant Services solutions that align with their operational needs and technical environments. Key Responsibilities Lead the discovery process and translate client business requirements into technical specifications and integration plans. Partner with sales, product, and implementation teams to support pre
  • and post-sale technical integration efforts.
Serve as the primary technical liaison between clients and internal teams for system integration projects involving Merchant Services. Partner with the merchant operations team to onboard complex integrations, ensuring timely and accurate implementations. Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate resolution across internal stakeholders. Develop and maintain documentation, integration guides, and best practices. Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in Merchant Services and commercial banking. Qualifications 4+ years of experience with subject matter expertise in Merchant Services. Proven experience managing client-facing technical projects or complex implementations. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Strong problem-solving and project management skills. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., MBA, CPP) a plus. Preferred Skills Experience in technical sales support for merchant services systems and applications Familiarity with semi or fully integrated card-present payment systems Experience with commercial banking and client onboarding processes. Familiarity with complex solutions including Gateways, VARs, APIs, Hardware, Certifications, PCI, Integrated Software Vendors (ISV), Multi-Acquirer, B2B. Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and their payments integrations.
Salary range:
$100,000
  • $160,000 plus bonus depending on experience and location
