Trading Systems & Automation Engineer, Work From Home, Trading Systems Required

We are seeking a talented and motivated Trading Systems & Automation Engineer to join the trading team. This position is 100% Remote.

Trading Systems & Automation Engineer Responsibilities:

- Oversee the operation and maintenance of the trading systems, guaranteeing continuity and stability in a production trading environment.

- Design, build, and maintain Python-based automation to support operational tooling, monitoring, dashboards, and deployment workflows.

- Administer and support Windows systems, including configuration management, patching, performance tuning, and incident response.

- Manage identity, endpoint, and access platforms across the Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and related services.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across systems, applications, and core networking components in a multi-platform environment.

- Support operational security initiatives such as system hardening, vulnerability remediation, and continuous monitoring.

- On call coverage in a team rotation.

Trading Systems & Automation Engineer Qualifications:

- Bachelor s or Associate s degree preferably in a technical area such as computer science or engineering.

- Experience administering Windows Server and Windows 11 in a production environment.

- Hands-on knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy, including Active Director architecture, user, device, and policy management.

- Proficiency administering Linux systems for operational and troubleshooting purposes.

- Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, including DNS, HTTP/S, TCP/IP, and related protocols.

- Experience writing Python scripts to automate operational tasks and improve system reliability.

- Familiarity with identity, access, and endpoint management concepts and tools.

- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and own projects end-to-end.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
