This client and branch-facing role will primarily focus on overseeing the incumbent block of business in your prescribed geography.  Practically, you will be driving business development through identifying gaps and opportunities, delivering tailored VB solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective program design, implementation, and vendor management.
