Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders
  • Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
  • Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations accurately at checkout
  • Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, and resetting dining areas to ensure cleanliness and readiness for new guests
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely food delivery and address guest requests promptly

Experience

  • Previous restaurant or food service experience
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
  • Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling practices
  • Experience in serving, bussing, hosting/hostess duties, or food preparation is advantageous
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order accuracy
