Summary We're looking for a Business Analyst to join our OEM team and help shape how Tekion delivers data and insights across the business. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves working with data, gets excited about the auto industry, and wants real ownership early in their career. You'll partner with Product, Data Engineering, Analytics, and business stakeholders to turn questions into answers — defining the metrics, building the logic, validating the data, and shaping the analytical frameworks that help our teams, OEM partners, and dealers make smarter decisions. The actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. In addition to the compensation listed, this position may be eligible for equity compensation, and/or a bonus or commission whereby total compensation may exceed base salary depending on individual or company performance.
