Job Overview We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Creative Strategist & Designer to act as the primary client point of contact for a fast-paced agency. This role seamlessly combines graphic design, data-driven marketing strategy, and client account management, making it ideal for a collaborative multi-tasker with a strong US-CPG design portfolio and the ability to thrive in a full-time, EST-aligned remote environment. Core Tasks Act as the point of contact for client communication and work delivery (primarily via Slack) Assist clients in translating ad concepts into ad angles Design static images and motion graphics to support various client projects Review ad performance reports and summarize into actional client recommendations Flag roadblocks early and surface issues before they become delays Work closely with other departments to consistently deliver high quality client work on time Track performance data, identify trends, and adjust strategy as needed Must Haves 2 - 4+ years experience in a client-facing creative strategist role 2 - 4+ years experience as a graphic designer (preferably in a fast-paced agency setting) Portfolio demonstrating a history of design work for US-based CPG brands Intermediate-advanced graphic design skills using tools like Adobe Creative Suite Extremely organized, dependable, and proactive in communication Confident in managing timelines and juggling multiple projects and tasks at once Excellent (C-level) English communication and project management skills Ability to work full-time EST aligned Nice to Haves Background working with fashion, beauty and / or apparel brands Apply To This Job
