Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, build strong customer relationships, identify sales opportunities, and assist customers with signing up for products and services using our website and online portal. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with basic technical troubleshooting skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
