What You’ll Do Review current data governance maturity, ownership model, and decision-making gaps Define high-level data ownership principles across business and IT stakeholders Support definition of access rights, permissions, data sharing rules, and approval flows Validate EU data residency, GDPR, security, and compliance considerations relevant to the target platform Support AI governance guardrails, including safe AI usage, shadow AI mitigation, data protection, and responsible use principles Advise on governance requirements for future AI / automation use cases Review platform and architecture recommendations from a governance and compliance perspective Contribute to the operating model for future data / AI platform support Provide input into Phase 2 roadmap regarding governance, controls, ownership, and readiness What You Bring Experience in data governance, AI governance, data privacy, or enterprise data management Understanding of GDPR, EU data residency, access control, and data protection requirementsEx perience working with enterprise data platforms, analytics, or AI initiatives Ability to translate governance requirements into practical delivery recommendations Experience working with business, IT, security, legal, and compliance stakeholders Strong ability to identify governance risks without overcomplicating delivery Nice to Have Experience with AI adoption, responsible AI, or GenAI governance Experience in manufacturing, multi-site enterprise, logistics, supply chain, or process-heavy organizations Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, AWS, or similar Experience defining operating models for data / analytics / AI platforms English level Upper-Intermediate Legal & Hiring Information Exadel is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to inclusion across minority, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, and more Reasonable accommodations are available to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions Please note this job description is not exhaustive.
