DescriptionThe Senior Deal Desk Specialist governs complex, high-value, and non-standard sales opportunities to ensure they are complete, compliant, and ready to progress through the sales lifecycle. You will be the primary point of coordination between Sales and partners during deal formation, managing approvals, dependencies, and timelines.In addition to deal execution, the Senior Deal Desk Specialist identifies opportunities to improve deal governance, reduce friction, and promote scale through process improvement and automation.You will report to Experian's Senior Sales Operations ManagerResponsibilities:Conduct intake of complex sales opportunities to ensure completeness and readiness for reviewCollect, review, and validate supporting artifacts, including related agreements, previously approved pricing, and prior compliance or vetting reviewsManage collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, including Contracts/Legal, Pricing, Compliance, Vetting, and BillingAct as the primary liaison between Sales and internal partners during deal structuring and approvalSupport Sales with follow-up items required to advance opportunities through approval workflowsTrack deal progress and dependencies, holding stakeholders accountable to timelines and SLAsEnsure all required approvals are secured, documented, and properly recorded before opportunities progress through sales stages and executionIdentify recurring issues, bottlenecks, and quality gaps in deal execution. Recommend process improvements and opportunities for automation Qualifications7+ years experience supporting complex B2B sales processes and/or deal governance.High judgment, attention to detail, and ability to operate in ambiguity.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).Experience identifying and driving process improvement projects.
