This role demands a strategic thinker with strong commercial instincts, a proven track record in sales leadership, and the ability to build and lead high-performing teams. The Chief Executive will be tasked with owning revenue and margin targets, leading the go-to-market strategy, and overseeing the production of world-class, immersive experiences that blend creative ambition with financial and operational rigor. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years of progressive sales leadership experience, with at least 7 years at the executive level within the media and entertainment industry. The role requires a leader with exceptional commercial fluency, a deep understanding of the experiential and brand landscape, and the ability to design and execute sales strategies that drive measurable revenue growth. The Chief Executive will also be responsible for client leadership, team mentorship, and operational optimization. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for candidates holding an MBA or advanced degree.
