Come be a key player in shaping the future with Automation Anywhere!</p><p></p><p><b>Who you’ll report to:</b></p><p>This position will report to the Sr. Director, Field & Partner Marketing</p><p></p><p><b>Location:  </b></p><p>Remote role based within the United States</p><p></p><p><b><span>You will make an impact by being responsible for:</span></b> </p><ul><li>Driving execution of key initiatives for America’s field marketing strategy and delivering measurable impact</li><li>Supporting local pipeline generation needs of the regional sales team, inclusive of strategic accounts</li><li>Understanding the local sales go-to-market motion to execute marketing plan aligned to the sales and marketing priorities and pipeline targets</li><li>Owning end-to-end execution of assigned field marketing events by building a strong pre, during and post-event framework to drive success</li><li>Working closely with sales leaders and AEs to ensure alignment and successful execution</li><li>Managing and optimizing marketing investments, inclusive of serving as the NAMER subject matter expert on the procurement process (onboarding suppliers, purchase order creation, etc)</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Reporting & Lead Management: </b></p><ul><li>Tracking campaign results to drive pipeline generation and pipeline conversion.</li><li>Working with BizOps for account mapping based on audience segmentation and outreach strategy</li><li>When applicable, building lead scoring framework to distinguish and align stakeholders between hot, warm and cold leads</li><li>Coordinating with MarOps for SFDC campaign code creation</li><li>Consolidating leads and submit into MarOps for SFDC loading</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Content:</b></p><ul><li>Submitting Wrike requests for creative assets (email banners, signage, social media graphics, etc.)</li><li>Coordinating with the marketing operations team to reserve email calendar slots for event promotions</li><li>Creating SalesLoft cadences (or other sales templates) to help sales and SDRs promote event registration, customer meetings and support lead follow-up</li><li>Working with the corporate team to update the company website with major event listings</li><li>Assisting in publishing organic social media posts (e.g., LinkedIn) to drive event awareness; in partnership with social team</li><li>Maintaining detailed marketing calendar</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Team Collaboration:</b></p><ul><li>Sales partnership: Driving active awareness of the marketing-wide plan to sales teams and leaders.  Providing sales feedback into respective marketing teams to better address business needs.  Supporting the sales team with identifying marketing materials / collateral for customer presentations</li><li>Working closely with Field Marketing Managers, Sales, MarOps, and other Marketing Teams</li><li>Collaborating with the Partner Marketing team to incorporate key partners into field activations where appropriate</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>You will be a great fit if you have:</span></b> </p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or business field</li><li>2+ years of experience in field marketing or event management</li><li>Experience working with sales teams to drive marketing program success</li><li>Previous experience of working within a cloud and or business software industry is desirable</li><li>Previous experience working with partners is desirable</li><li>Ability to learn and use tools like Salesforce, Marketo, Bizzabo, Zoom Webinars, SalesLoft, Wrike, Excel, Word, PowerPoint; prior experience is a plus</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>You excel in these key competencies:</span></b> </p><ul><li>Strong organizational and execution skills with high attention to detail, managing multiple projects and timelines effectively</li><li>Curious and data-driven mindset focused on analyzing performance to drive improvements</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, fostering teamwork and clear interactions</li><li>Adaptable and energized by change, thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities</li><li>Proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude, comfortable with process improvement and basic finance administration tasks</li></ul><p></p><p>The base salary range for this position is $90,000 to $100,000 a year. The base salary ultimately offered is determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors.
