Working closely with sales and marketing teams, our campaigns support Stripe business objectives and deliver impact. We build, deliver, monitor, and evolve campaign delivery across a broad suite of content, tactics, and channels. Using a broad suite of metrics, we continuously measure our work and refine our strategies to improve outreach, enhance the customer journey, and support revenue growth for the organization.<br><br>What you'll do<br><br>In this role, you'll quarterback the integrated campaign strategies, plans, and playbooks focused on startups and AI companies. You'll champion the needs of these audiences, holding deep market and audience insight and direct business accountability. You'll lead a large, global, cross-functional workstream to build campaign strategies and content, then work with regional teams to craft local strategies and to deliver activations through integrated channels. You'll capture performance against all of your efforts, analyze results, and share learnings to drive continuous improvement and impact. Ultimately, you'll be accountable for acquisition, engagement, and pipeline growth.<br><br>The ideal candidate<br><br><ul><li>Holds expert-level knowledge of the startup and AI company landscape</li><li>Has proven expertise crafting and delivering global, audience-focused campaign strategies</li><li>Excels in leading and driving large, complex, global campaigns or programs</li><li>Has strong analytics skills, with the ability to interpret, analyze, and communicate campaign performance across marketing and sales metrics</li><li>Works with and influences across cross-functional stakeholder groups, including senior sales, marketing, and product leaders</li><li>"Sees around corners"—anticipates and unblocks challenges, stays ahead of market and audience trends, and anticipates regional and country needs and nuance</li><li>Understands modern storytelling and content trends, and can translate those into thoughtful, resonant campaign strategies</li><li>Is agile, iterative, AI-fluent, and comfortable with ambiguity and high-growth environments<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Own the overall campaign strategy and plan for startups and AI companies, and drive the global, cross-functional workstream for activation and impact</li><li>Partner with comms, product marketing, channel teams, regional and field marketing, partner marketing, sales teams, and more to define and implement campaigns</li><li>Work with regional marketing to ensure local relevance and advise on campaign delivery</li><li>Use your multi-channel expertise to deliver campaigns via digital, web, email, online events, direct mail, social, events, sales plays, and more, all in partnership with functional and regional teams</li><li>Partner with product marketing and content and editorial teams to develop compelling, relevant campaign materials and content sets, including whitepapers, guides, blogs, checklists, interactive content, promotions and offers, etc.</li><li>Use and recommend leading tools to improve or accelerate the work of the campaigns function</li><li>Act as an expert for your owned audience and solution to champion market trends, competitive context, and customer insights, ultimately shaping all industry campaign strategies</li><li>Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics with a focus on lead generation, pipeline, and target account penetration. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.<br><br><strong>Minimum Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>8+ years of enterprise B2B marketing experience that includes some mix of integrated campaigns, content marketing, regional and field marketing, and account-based marketing, with demonstrated increase in scope</li><li>Expert-level knowledge of the startup and AI landscape</li><li>Proven expertise in partnering with regional marketing and sales teams to build, grow, and develop pipeline</li><li>Problem-solving acumen, with the ability to build, interpret, and adjust measurement tools and data</li><li>Excellent presentation, writing, and communication skills, especially to executive stakeholders</li><li>Appetite and ability to work through ambiguity, evaluate and recommend solutions, and drive clarity across complex, global stakeholder groups</li><li>Ability to build campaigns and programs from the ground up, orchestrating many moving parts across disparate functions<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Experience at a highly dynamic, high-growth tech company</li><li>Experience in the payments, financial technology, or adjacent industries or marketing FinTech solutions</li><li>Integrated campaigns experience focused on select audiences, including enterprise and industries (retail, media, entertainment, gaming, financial services, insurance, travel, hospitality, and leisure), SMB and mid-market, SaaS platforms, and startups</li><li>Product campaigns experience focused on payments, fraud, financial services, and embedded finance<br><br><br></li></ul>Hybrid work at Stripe<br><br>This role is available either in an office or a remote location (35+ miles or 56+ km from a Stripe office).<br><br>In-office expectations<br><br>Office-assigned Stripes spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. While you would be welcome to come into the office for team/business meetings, on-sites, meet-ups, and events, our expectation is you would regularly work from home rather than a Stripe office. Stripe does not cover the cost of relocating to a remote location. We encourage you to apply for roles that match the location where you currently live or plan to live.<br><br>Pay and benefits<br><br>The annual US base salary range for this role is $191,400 - $287,200. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.
