Position Overview

Inclusive Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to support our IP practice and fractional in-house client services. This role is responsible for managing docketing, coordinating client communications, assisting with trademark filings, and providing direct support to the Firm Principal. This position requires strong organizational discipline, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple matters across different clients without constant supervision.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an IP Paralegal Professional with expertise in U.S. laws. The selected candidate will handle tasks related to managing and preparing patent applications, legal documentation preparation, assisting with intellectual property matters, as well as supporting patent law compliance. The position requires attention to detail, the ability to collaborate with legal teams, and timely handling of important filings and documents.

Qualifications

1 Paralegal experience (IP or business law) preferred

2 Experience with USPTO trademark filings strongly preferred

3 Familiarity with docketing systems and deadline management

4 Strong organizational and communication skills

5 Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail

Preferred (Not Required)

1 Experience supporting patent prosecution or IP strategy

2 Familiarity with Clio, Monday.com, or similar tools

3 Experience in a law firm or in-house environment
