Job Title Key Account Manager - Hospital and Ambulatory Monitoring (all genders) Job Description We are seeking a Key Account Manager to develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers across Poland, drive sales growth, and support the execution of strategic initiatives within our healthcare portfolio. Location: the South of Poland, preferably from the Silesian or Lesser Poland Key Responsibilities - Build and manage long-term relationships with hospitals and medical institutions. - Maximize order intake, sales results, and price realization. - Identify business opportunities within the assigned portfolio and provide value‑adding solutions. - Support the development and execution of local marketing strategies for H&AM. - Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals. - Monitor KPIs and maintain accurate CRM data. - Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth cooperation with key customers. - Collaborate cross‑functionally to address complex customer needs and ensure high satisfaction. Requirements - University degree (medical background is a plus). - Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in capital equipment or healthcare. - Strong knowledge of sales and marketing techniques. - Excellent negotiation and communication skills. - Good command of English and Polish. - High business acumen and ability to work independently. - Willingness to travel intensively. - Experience with CRM, market analysis, and creating sales proposals is an advantage.
