  • Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Research and provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies
  • Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve customer issues as needed
