<p style="text-align:left"><u><b>Job Description:</b></u></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p>The Loan Implementation Specialist is responsible for leading the successful delivery of loan implementations for financial institution clients transitioning to CSI’s NuPoint platform. This role ensures implementations are executed from initiation through go-live while maintaining a strong focus on customer experience, data accuracy, and project outcomes.  This individual will serve as a client-facing leader, working closely with internal teams and bank stakeholders to guide them through the full implementation lifecycle, including documentation review, data validation, training, and on-site support.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p></p><p><b>Project Initiation</b></p><ul><li><p>Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation</p></li><li><p>Lead kickoff meetings and establish clear expectations with bank clients</p></li><li><p>Develop strong relationships early in the implementation lifecycle</p></li></ul><p><b>Project Planning</b></p><ul><li><p>Gather and review loan documentation, workflows, and requirements</p></li><li><p>Identify data mapping needs and integration points into NuPoint</p></li><li><p>Align on timelines, milestones, and deliverables with internal teams and clients</p></li><li><p>Establish clear ownership of responsibilities across CSI and the bank</p></li></ul><p><b>Project Execution</b></p><ul><li><p>Serve as the primary point of contact for loan implementations</p></li><li><p>Lead client engagement through regular touchpoints and status updates</p></li><li><p>Validate loan data and system configurations to ensure accuracy and readiness</p></li><li><p>Drive accountability by leading validation sessions and guiding clients through the process</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support a streamlined implementation model</p></li></ul><p><b>Monitoring & Controlling</b></p><ul><li><p>Track progress against timelines, scope, and implementation milestones</p></li><li><p>Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies</p></li><li><p>Escalate concerns that may impact delivery or customer experience</p></li><li><p>Ensure alignment between internal teams and client stakeholders</p></li></ul><p><b>Project Close</b></p><ul><li><p>Support successful go-live activities, including on-site client engagement</p></li><li><p>Reinforce training and ensure readiness during conversion</p></li><li><p>Gather client feedback and ensure a smooth transition to post-implementation support</p></li></ul><p><b>Continuous Improvement & Leadership</b></p><ul><li><p>Contribute to CSI’s pilot initiative to enhance implementation processes</p></li><li><p>Support efforts to reduce implementation timelines and improve efficiency</p></li><li><p>Provide feedback on process improvements and evolving client engagement strategies</p></li><li><p>Take on expanded responsibilities, including training and onsite support, as the role evolves</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Required Qualifications</b></p><ul><li><p>Minimum 2+ years of experience in loan operations, lending, or banking</p></li><li><p>Experience managing multiple priorities and working in client-facing environments</p></li><li><p>Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills</p></li><li><p>Ability to guide and influence clients through complex processes</p></li><li><p>Technical aptitude with Microsoft Office (Excel required)</p></li><li><p>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></p><ul><li><p>Experience with core banking systems</p></li><li><p>Prior experience with implementations, conversions, or onboarding</p></li><li><p>Exposure to loan systems, data mapping, or system validation</p></li><li><p>Experience working directly with financial institutions</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What Success Looks Like</b></p><ul><li><p>Successful loan implementations delivered on time and within scope</p></li><li><p>Accurate data validation and seamless system conversions</p></li><li><p>Strong client relationships and high customer satisfaction</p></li><li><p>Effective training and adoption of loan functionality within NuPoint</p></li><li><p>Contribution to improved implementation timelines and processes</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Work Environment</b></p><ul><li><p>Highly collaborative, client-facing role working across internal teams and external stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously in a dynamic environment</p></li><li><p>Travel <b>20%</b> required</p></li></ul><p></p><p>As a forward-thinking software provider, Computer Services, Inc.
