<strong>Tech Resilience Manager<br><br></strong>Lead complex resilience initiatives as a Manager, Technical Resilience, helping clients prepare for, respond to, and recover from disruption. In this role, you will drive the design and delivery of resilience strategies across business, technology, and operational environments while guiding teams and advising senior stakeholders on continuity, recovery, and risk priorities. This is an opportunity to shape large-scale transformation efforts, strengthen enterprise resilience capabilities, and deliver practical solutions in complex client settings.<br><br>Recruiting for this role ends on 06/30/2026<br><br><strong>Work you'll do<br><br></strong>As a Manager, Technical Resilience on the Strategy, Growth, and Transformation team, you will be responsible for:<br><br><ul><li>Leading the assessment, design, and implementation of technical resilience, business continuity, and operational resilience programs</li><li>Managing teams in the analysis of client processes, systems, dependencies, and risks to identify resilience gaps and define remediation plans</li><li>Overseeing the development of recovery strategies, continuity plans, playbooks, and program documentation for critical business and technology functions</li><li>Facilitating executive and stakeholder working sessions, exercises, and testing activities to evaluate readiness and improve response capabilities</li><li>Managing project delivery, client communications, and team performance across multiple workstreams and priorities<br><br></li></ul>A successful candidate would possess these skills:<br><br><ul><li>Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team</li><li>Effective written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product</li><li>Ability to build and sustain professional relationships</li><li>Ability to lead projects or workstreams</li><li>Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor</li><li>Ability to meet deadlines</li><li>Ability to mentor and provide clear guidance to others<br><br></li></ul><strong>The team<br><br></strong>The Strategy, Growth, and Transformation team helps organizations address enterprise challenges through business-led, technology-enabled transformation. The work is collaborative, fast-paced, and focused on delivering practical outcomes across industries.<br><br><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong>Required:<br><br><ul><li>Bachelor's degree</li><li>6+ years of experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, operational resilience, technical resilience, cyber resilience, or risk program delivery</li><li>6+ years of experience assessing business processes, technology environments, and interdependencies to identify operational or recovery risks</li><li>6+ years of experience developing continuity plans, recovery strategies, procedures, or resilience program documentation</li><li>Experience using one or more resilience, risk, or control frameworks such as International Organization for Standardization 22301, National Institute of Standards and Technology, Information Technology Infrastructure Library, or Control Objectives for Information and Related Technologies</li><li>Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.</li><li>Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.<br><br></li></ul>Preferred:<br><br><ul><li>Master's degree</li><li>Experience in consulting or professional services</li><li>Experience supporting resilience programs in regulated industries</li><li>Experience facilitating tabletop exercises, simulations, or recovery testing</li><li>One or more certifications such as Certified Business Continuity Professional, Member of the Business Continuity Institute, Certified Information Systems Security Professional, or Certified Information Security Manager<br><br></li></ul>The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $ 134,500 to $2 65,100 .<br><br>You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.<br><br>#CDRCyber27
