Ideal candidates will have a passion for and demonstrate proficiency with major social media platforms and data management tools. Working as part of a team and liaising between our paid media, creative marketing, analytics, and finance team is essential. As is the ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast paced and loosely structured environment.</p> <p>This role is a hybrid position, working at least 3 days per week from our West Hollywood office.</p> <p><b>Responsibilities</b><b>:</b></p> <ul> <li>Creative trafficking: Organize media requests (creative specs, delivery deadlines, etc), maintain content calendar, and deliver creatives to partners as needed</li> <li>Media buying: Build and update online ads across social and digital platforms. Tasks include reformatting creative sizes, building posts, uploading videos, adjusting messaging and copy, as well as tracking reviews & UGC for media usage and liaising with creators and publishers</li> <li>AdOPs & Analytics: Help manage all tagging (naming conventions, pixels, site analytics), generate and analyze paid media and tracking reports, troubleshoot BI platforms with analytics team.</li> <li>Accounting: Create POs, approve invoices, actualize budgets among other tasks</li> </ul> <p><b>Qualifications</b>:</p> <ul> <li>2-4 years of experience in digital media buying, analytics, or creative production</li> <li>Skilled with existing social media platforms</li> <li>Media buying experience a plus</li> <li>Skilled with Microsoft Excel</li> <li>Strong analytical abilities, with the ability to communicate findings</li> <li>Executive presentation skills to clearly and succinctly recommend solutions</li> <li>Passion for TV & Film</li> <li>Humble, diligent, resourceful</li> </ul> <p>We are looking for diverse perspectives.
