Key Responsibilities • Provide responsive product support and triage technical issues for advanced AI platforms • Design, execute, and document QA test cases to ensure high-quality releases • Source, monitor, and analyze user feedback from platforms such as x.com and reddit.com, sharing actionable insights with the team • Participate in general operations workflows to facilitate smooth product delivery • Contribute to technical build projects, coding independently with TypeScript • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve bugs and improve features • Stay current with AI video generator trends and integrate user feedback into QA processes Required Skills and Qualifications • Advanced proficiency in TypeScript, with proven ability to code independently (hard requirement) • Portfolio of self-built projects (mandatory; applications without this will not be considered) • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or equivalent experience • Experience supporting, testing, or building AI video generator technologies • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills • Comfortable with customer support, QA, and operational workflows • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving technical environment Preferred Qualifications • Experience with community engagement or user-facing forums • Understanding of best practices in AI platform support and quality assurance • Familiarity with agile development and issue tracking tools
