<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2><b>Job Description</b></h2><p>DPR is currently looking for a Visual Construction Planner with an understanding of 4D Integration. In this role, this individual will work on projects within our core markets: Healthcare, Advanced Technology, Life Sciences, Higher Education, Data Centers and Corporate Office. This role will work closely with Superintendents, Project Managers, Estimators and Regional Leadership teams and will be responsible for the following:</p><p><b>· </b>Create clear, model-based visualizations (flipbooks, videos, 4D views, Power BI dashboards).<br><b>· </b>Utilize model content to define work packages and enhance plan coordination.<br><i>- Scope/Tasks, Task Durations, Sequencing and Logistics</i></p><p><b>· </b>Lead visual planning deliverables for pursuits and project execution.<br>- <i>Model visualizations – Flipbooks, Video, 4D Tools (like Synchro 4D) and web viewers</i><br>- <i>Data visualizations – Quantity Production Plan, Plan vs Actual Reports (web tools like Power BI)</i><br><b>· </b>Troubleshoot software/process issues and support teams with timely visual outputs.<br><b>· </b>Train project teams on Visual Planning tools, workflows, and best practices.<br><b>· </b>Create visual references / diagrams / graphics using schedule data to further describe the project plan, current status, and upcoming scopes of work.<br><b>· </b>Ability to grow capacity of team members on planning & scheduling best practices.<br><b>· </b>Ability to motivate and build trust amongst project teams during planning sessions.<br><b>· </b>Ability to integrate the schedule and BIM model using 4D tools is a plus.<br><b>· </b>Provide risk management input on key schedule milestones.<br><b>· </b>Alert entire project team, including owner, to potential problem areas or deviations from the plan.  Assist in development of recovery plans, mitigation options, or delay analysis.</p><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><p>We are looking for a flexible, detail-oriented team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks, produce quality work, and consistently meet deadlines. The successful candidate will possess:</p><p><b>· </b>0-2+ years of experience as a Visual Planning, preferably within DPR’s Core Market projects.<br><b>· </b>Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent field experience.<br><b>· </b>Oracle Primavera P6 experience.<br><b>· </b>A strong work ethic and a “can-do” attitude.<br><b>· </b>Effective problem-solving skills.<br><b>· </b>A flexible, detailed-oriented team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks, work with diverse personalities & work styles, produce quality work, and consistently meet deadlines.<br><b>· </b>This position is salaried.</p><p><b>Team Collaboration & Communication</b></p><p>· Act as connector between project controls, PSPP, VDC, safety, logistics, self-perform, and operations.<br>· Communicate schedule updates, risks, milestones, and mitigation strategies to all stakeholders.<br>· Facilitate weekly schedule meetings and produce look-ahead schedules (e.g., 6-week).<br>· Build trust, motivate teams, and support a collaborative planning culture.<br>· Presenting to different work groups on the benefits of Visual Planning (specific to that workgroup)<br>· Assisting “Kick-off” meetings with project teams<br>· Assisting with content creation and distribution of Visual Planning presentation material<br>· Train new users on all Synchro Tools<br>· Train advanced users in best in class means and methods for training others.<br>· Assist project teams with following best practices in the Visual Planning Framework</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h3></h3><h3></h3><h3></h3><h3></h3><p>DPR Construction is a forward-thinking, self-performing general contractor specializing in technically complex and sustainable projects for the advanced technology, life sciences, healthcare, higher education and commercial markets.
