Job Description:

  • Utilize sales and consumer data to build presentations for both internal and external audiences
  • Customer facing ownership of shopper marketing and digital plans for multiple retailers in the region
  • Own routines to identify key volume drivers and communicate material needs
  • Develop impactful customer specific selling stories that reflect key category business building initiatives
  • Focus on communication of actionable analysis & insights to support effective selling stories, to solve consumer needs
  • Assist with regular category & business reviews with the field team to improve positive business growth
  • Ensures that the customer, consumer and category insights are delivered timely, with full data accuracy
  • Analyze key merchandising events and provide actionable points of views on compliance, execution, consumption and value
  • Be or Grow into a Subject Matter Expert on Story Telling, Visualizations, Data Literacy, or Analytical Process
  • Work with the Data & Analytics team on a feedback loop of business-critical reporting and tool development

Requirements:

  • Experience with a corporate sales background with knowledge of business processes and Category Management
  • Ability to work within a Customer Business Team framework, applying a customer-first mentality for effective customer management & proactivity to achieve objectives
  • Ability to plan, organize and communicate priorities to leadership
  • Strong analytical skills with emphasis on problem solving vs. only problem identification
  • Use and understanding of syndicated data and panel data
  • Proven communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) for both internal & external outputs
  • Experience with Power BI development, including report and dashboard creation is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong presentation Skills including Verbal & Written
  • Strong desire to expand capabilities with Circana, Numerator, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Adaptability to changing business requirements
  • Self-starter – highly motivated and proactive approach to all tasks
